Job description: Senior Business Analyst with FMCG & Supply Chain domain experience and Business Case Development experience | Sydney

• Lead the development and delivery of detailed business cases, ensuring they align with organisational goals and industry standards.
• Engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, to define project scope, objectives, and key outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including business, finance, operations, and IT, to design financial models, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and build ROI projections for business cases.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations.
• Map and document complex business processes, workflows, and requirements to support business case development and ensure a clear understanding of impacts.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and meetings to gather requirements, validate needs, and achieve consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Supply Chain and FMCG experience is mandate
• Present analyses and recommendations in a clear, structured format, tailored for executive-level audiences and technical/non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery of business case documentation.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices in business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and business case preparation.
• Australian PR/Citizen/full work rights to work in Australia
• Ability to commence immediately
• Initial 3 months engagement
