Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Job DescriptionSr. Business Process Analyst, Workflow Automation and OptimizationJob Summary:The Business Process Analyst in WAO will be responsible for:

• Supporting the process of identifying and validating automation opportunities
• Leading process interviews with stakeholders to get step-by-step details of processes suitable for automation.
• Assessing and documenting requirements for automations by creating technical documents.
• Utilizing process mapping techniques (typically using Visio) and to identify process improvements
• Seeking new automation use-cases by building relationships with Business Owners across multiple support centers

Education Requirements

• 4 Year / Bachelors degree

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONYears Of Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant work experience including leading process interviews, building relationships with stakeholders, process design and improvement, business analysis, project management, or technology implementation.

Preferred:

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience or interest (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, PEGA, etc.).
• Familiarity with project management and development lifecycles/methodologies (i.e. SDLC, Agile, Waterfall). Restaurant/retail/shared services experience. Able to lead process interviews to get process details, building relationships with stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead process interviews to get step-by-step details of as is process and determining any required access.
• Familiarity with process engineering and mapping techniques (i.e. cause and effect diagrams, swimlane diagrams) and tools (i.e. Microsoft Visio)
• Familiarity with project management and development lifecycles/methodologies (i.e. SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
• Ability to effectively communicate with business and department leaders across the shared services organization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capable of handling competing priorities, often with considerable time constraints.
