This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive product strategy and innovation in the dynamic world of public markets.

• Collect and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation.
• Solution Delivery: Take ownership of the delivery process, including facilitating meetings, conducting whiteboard sessions, securing sign-off on acceptance criteria, and managing implementation through the guarantee period.
• Work with cross-functional teams to outline product roadmaps and prioritize features.
• Analyse and document business processes and perform process reviews.
• Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges.
• Creation of user training manuals and supporting documentation.
• Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives and projects.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, third parties, as well as with other business groups across MUFG.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work with a high level of precision in a fast paced environment.
• The ability to work well independently as well as within a team framework.
• Have a strong work ethic.
• Working knowledge of Fund Administration/banking workflows is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, accounting or a related field.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in Fund Administration
• Fund Accounting/Business Analyst experience
• Performed a similar role
