Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Transformation, the Senior Business Analyst (Snr BA) will join the Helm and Oracle Project Teams to complete deliverables in support of the Helm and Oracle implementation for the company. A self-starter, expert collaborator, and facilitator, the Snr BA will take direction from the Senior Director, Business Process Owners and the Project Manager to ensure deliverables are clearly articulated, aligned among peers across functional streams, and produced with completeness and quality in mind.What you will be doing:A key contributor on the Helm and Oracle project team, the Snr BA will work closely with the Project Management team and System Integrator (Vendor) to produce project, sustainment, and operational artifactsWork with Business Process Owners, operations teams, technical SMEs, and the Vendor to design solutions that meet business requirements and objectivesFacilitate workshops with business process or functional and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, structure, and document requirementsUsing vendor-supplied templates, document functional and technical requirements for process flows, integrations, cross-system data mapping and conversion, and reportingCreate and complete operational documentation, such as, but not limited to:End-to-end, cross-functional process flows across Helm, Oracle, and other systems as appropriate; propose optimization, when possibleGap analyses between current and future-state processingStandard operating procedures, work instructions, or job aidsDevelop test cases and test scripts that cover all solution design requirementsWork with the Vendor to ensure integration and user acceptance system-related testing risks and issues are mitigated and resolvedPost solution go live, perform continued evaluations of end-user adoption and work with end users to identify opportunities for business process improvementDocument and communicate issues as they arise and proactively recommend solutionsWhat you must have:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 10 years related work experience as a business analyst, system analyst, or technical supportExperience in a multi-stakeholder environment with stakeholders from different business units and departmentsDemonstrated experience in designing and implementing HCM and payroll core functionsSpecific Oracle system implementation experience; greenfield implementation a plusExperience in the marine industry or transportation logistics is an asset but not a mustFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
