Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts across various business units to ensure alignment of the consolidated solution. The role may also involve supporting other high-priority initiatives as determined by the department, with the potential for reassignment to different projects at their discretion. Key responsibilities include facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions, creating supporting materials like presentations and meeting minutes, documenting workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures, as well as compiling high-level business requirements, functional design, gap analysis, user stories, and activity diagrams. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will assist in preparing documentation for training activities, including reference guides and tools, and contribute to the development of materials supporting the operational governance structure for a smooth transition from project to operations.Randstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
