Location: New Brunswick (Hybrid)We are hiring for an experienced Senior Business Analyst for our client in the Government sector.Must Haves:

• 3 years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst responsible for requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, business process analysis, detailed design activities, and developing business analysis documentation.
• 5 years of demonstrated financial system support experience with a focus on Canadian health information systems, standards, technology, and/or software.
• 3 years of demonstrated Meditech financial suite experience including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Materials management.
• 3 yrs. demonstrated experience leading and producing business analysis documentation (E.g., business requirements, patient journeys, functional specifications, process diagrams, requirements traceability, SOPs, test plans and test cases).
• Experience with integration of financial and clinical information systems.
• Previous experience working within healthcare environments showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed review of existing business requirements and technical current state documentation.
• Collaborate with technical experts to gather input and insights for the development and refinement of data requirements and standards.
• Design and develop facilitation sessions to validate the existing requirements and collect net new business and information technology requirement, including gap analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, integration diagrams, user guides, and training materials, to ensure seamless adoption of new technology.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements to support the planning, management, and progression of the technical workstreams within the CIS project; recommend and implement solutions to achieve defined objectives, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure the smooth delivery and implementation of the Clinical Information Solution, including effective communication plans for stakeholders.
