Together you will work closely with stakeholders from the company ANSR (a sister company of Talent500) and Talent500. You will drive initiatives to solve problems related to recruitment. It’s an exciting time in this team where you will get to work closely with cross-functions to unlock exponential business growth. This will also include driving deep business insights and driving initiatives with product and operations.What You Will Do:

• Identify the rightmetricsto track progress against a given business goal
• Develop compelling stories with businessinsights, focusing on the strategic goals of the organization
• Create andautomatereports/dashboards to assist business teams with quicker RCA & making action plans
• Design, run, and measureexperiments to test business hypotheses
• Provideactionable insights to stakeholders and influence them to implement them.
• Work with Business, Product, and Data engineering teams for continuous improvement ofdata accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness

What you will need to succeed:

• Preferred if you have worked in afast-paced and high-growth environment
• You must have 5 – 8 years of experience in analytics.
• Highly proficient in scripting, business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e.SQL, DOMO/Tableau/Visual tools, and MS Excel
• Medium proficiency in product analytics – Google analytics, Machine learning, Forecasting, etc
• Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills in order to extractinsightsand recommendations
• Automation of Excel and other reports with Python and macros
• Technical – Excel, SQL/Redshift, Python, Google Analytics/Omniture, Dashboards – DOMO/Tableau/Power BI/Google Studio/Qlikview
• Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving
• Bachelors in Engineering from a reputed Institute. MBA from a reputed institute is a plus.
