Job description: Are you someone who is passionate about forecasts, budgets and strategic plans? We are currently assisting our client located in the Kitchener-Waterloo area with their search for a Senior Budget Analyst. This position will be on an interim basis for an approximate 6 month term. In this role you will help create and analyze the budget and strategic plan as well as legislative issues that surround funding.
This role has the ability to work in a hybrid model of 3-4 days in office.
You will prepare and create an overall budget as well as manage the organization’s budget planning process. Prepare the budget in all levels of detail, including support documentation and material for inclusion in the budget. You will work with the leadership team in the financial plan and policy development. Develop and maintain assigned organization’s program budget tracker and coordinate budget allocations as it relates to government funding.
