As a Senior Breeder Supervisor, you will oversee breeder operations, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and drive team performance. This leadership role focuses on optimizing daily activities like feeding and production while implementing company policies to maintain high-quality standards.Your Profile

• Graduate degree in agricultural science or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in the poultry industry.
• Proficiency in English.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce breeder-specific policies and procedures.
• Supervise feeding, watering, cleaning, and production operations for breeders.
• Oversee team performance, provide training, and participate in recruitment processes.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and compliance protocols.
• Prepare detailed reports on breeder activities and operations.
