As a Senior Brand Development Specialist, you will drive employer branding initiatives and lead corporate communications strategies that position Vyro.ai as an employer of choice and a leader in the AI space.Key Responsibilities:Lead employer branding strategy across social media, careers pages, and PRDevelop and execute internal and external communication plansCollaborate with HR and leadership on talent attraction campaignsManage corporate messaging, press releases, and media relationsDrive content for LinkedIn, company blogs, and thought leadershipMeasure and optimize brand perception and communication effectivenessRequirements:3–5 years of experience in employer branding, brand development, or corporate communicationsStrong storytelling and content creation skillsExperience managing social media, PR, and employer marketing campaignsAbility to work cross-functionally with HR, marketing, and leadership teamsExcellent written and verbal communicationBonus Points:Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI companiesFamiliarity with recruitment marketing tools and platformsBackground in design or creative directionPowered by JazzHR
