Job description: Job DescriptionFixed-Term Contract Here at Kraft Heinz, we grow our people to grow our business, because we believe that great people make great companies.Get a peek into life here at Kraft Heinz through our and channels!Senior Benefits Specialist at a glance…You will be responsible for the day-to-day support and management of the Savings Plans (including Defined Contribution, RRSP, and TFSA) and Benefits Programs (Flexible Benefit Plan, Disability, Post Retirement Benefits, Perk Programs, Wellness Programs).What’s on the menu?Helps manage the administration of the plans by working with the benefit plan providers and outsourced benefit administrator to ensure that benefits are established in accordance with plan documents and benefits strategiesHelps develop and implement creative benefit programs and perquisites aligned with employee needs and company strategiesActively involved in supporting the management of external vendor relationshipsPerforms pension and benefits day-to-day administrationPerforms pension plan and benefit cost reconciliationsManages plans to ensure compliance with all current laws and regulations and amends plans as required when changes are implementedAssists with audits, reporting, amendments and government filingManages pension committee meetings and general assembly meetingRecipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!I have prior experience in Benefits administration, preferably Retirement plans (1-3 years)I have a background in financial reporting and experience completing analysisI have strong verbal and written communication skillsI have strong analytical skills, and I am a strategic thinkerI have excellent organizational skills, I’m a self-starter and I’m able to handle ambiguity.
