Join us!Senior Associate, Marketing Operations (Destination Partnerships)About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organised and resourceful Marketing Operations Associate to join our Destination Partnerships team in Asia. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes enabler ensuring that marketing campaigns for tourism boards run smoothly – from pitch to post-campaign.This hybrid role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. You’ll help bring campaigns to life through structured processes, cross-functional collaboration, and tight execution. As the team scales, this role offers growth opportunities into regional campaign management and planning.What You’ll DoCampaign Support & Marketing OpsCoordinate timelines, assets, and internal reviews to support smooth campaign executionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. design, paid ads, content, local marketing) to prepare decks, proposals, and reporting materialsConsolidate campaign performance data and develop supporting insights and post-campaign recommendationsMaintain internal records and documentation to support knowledge sharing and campaign benchmarkingTeam Operations & Process ManagementOversee administrative processes including payment requests, invoicing, and basic finance trackingLiaise with Legal to route contracts and ensure timely documentationPartner & Cross-Team CoordinationAct as a point of contact during campaign execution to manage partner queries on deliverablesRepresent the team in internal meetings and coordinate with regional marketing teams to align on prioritiesEnsure timely communication and updates between stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycleAd-Hoc Projects & Process ImprovementContribute to special initiatives that improve campaign workflows, internal processes, or stakeholder experienceSupport internal retrospectives and help identify ways to scale campaign operations efficientlyWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or sales support rolesMeticulously organised with strong attention to detail and follow-throughClear communicator, both written and verbal – confident managing multiple stakeholdersAble to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environmentBonus Points If You HaveExperience in the travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce industryHands-on exposure to digital marketing channels or campaign managementBasic familiarity with creative tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)Comfortable working with data (Excel, Looker, or Google Analytics)What Success Looks LikeCampaigns are launched smoothly and on time, with no gaps in executionInvoice and payment workflows are handled seamlesslyInternal teams feel supported, and external partners feel confident in Klook’s ability to deliverYou help us move faster, scale smarter, and execute betterKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
