They are looking for a self-motivated Finance Professional to support their Business Finance initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a Business Partner for the Business Finance team, driving growth and enhancing productivity by identifying relevant financial data for reporting and analysisOversee financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the Consumer Banking Group, with a focus on cost control and managementMonitor and analyze direct costs and expense accruals recorded by business units.Conduct monthly variance analysis and flash reporting at the product and customer segment levels, covering direct and allocated expenses as well as headcountCoordinate with regional business units and group counterparts on the monthly submission of actuals, flash forecasts, budgets, and variance analysesFacilitate investment and spending decisions by providing timely and insightful financial data, analysis, and recommendations (e.g., new product launches, system enhancements, and strategic cost management)Analyze product margins and profitability, preparing meeting materials that offer meaningful insights into the drivers of cost consumption behaviorsEnsure accurate revenue recognition and expense recording, while complying with relevant accounting practicesProvide support for new projects and initiatives as neededKey Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in business planning and analysis, financial analysis, research, or consulting, strong banking experience is a definite advantagePrior experience in expense management and cost allocation; experience in PMO or technology project management is a plusExperience in finance software (e.g Hyperion and PSGL)Experience with visualization tools (such as QlikView, Power BI, or similar) is a plusA team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder managementDetail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a strong sense of responsibilityExperience with business and data management initiativesProficiency in spoken and written English and ChineseInterested parties please send your application with full career history, current and expected salary by clicking Apply Now button.
