Job description: Job description: Overseeing all aspects of contract reviewing, drafting, and negotiations, including direct engagement with external parties to ensure adhere to business, legal and regulatory requirements. Ensure that client orders, feedback, and inquiries are processed efficiently and responded to in a timely and professional manner. This may involve coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requests and resolve any issues or concerns. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering activities. Oversee the process of renewing and purchasing certificates for clients. Responsible to ensure all business licenses and trademarks are in place. Delegate and communicate with team units on task delegation and supervise business operations. Provide guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence in client service delivery. Encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing to enhance overall client satisfaction. Provide full support to the Manager/Project Managers/Management as when required. Requirements: Have 3-5 years of relevant experience Degree in Business Studies Administration, Management, Corporate Law or related qualifications. Experience in office administration, trade purchasing operations, internal controls of inventories/assets management and maintaining service contract. Hands on experience in contract review. Experience managing either clients or vendor will be an added advantage. Computer literate, good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines & able to carry out any other duties assigned by management. Ability to work under pressure and work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment
