  • Leverage your specialised knowledge and acquired skillset to help your clients optimise their engagement with Aon, particularly with the Human Capital Analytics Platform.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field / proven experience in compensation and benefits or perhaps data analysis.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and remuneration data management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality and value to our clients.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
