Who We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you will need:

• To be a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with at least 5 years in Commercial Litigation and/or Banking & Finance.
• A demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that have led to repeated customers.
• A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
• The ambition and drive to transition into a Partnership role.
