Job description: Specialist Litigation Firm | Auckland Suburb | Lead & Mentor in a Growing PracticeAre you an experienced litigator looking for a leadership role in a specialist firm?Our client, a well-regarded litigation firm based in Auckland, is seeking a Senior Associate with 8+ years’ PQE to support the partner and mentor junior staff. This firm is known for its expertise in construction disputes, family and relationship property matters, trust disputes, criminal, property, and other civil litigation areas.The Role:As a Senior Associate, you will take on a key role in managing complex litigation matters across a broad range of disputes. Working closely with the partner, you will provide strategic legal advice, represent clients in court, and oversee case progression. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and developing junior lawyers, fostering a strong and supportive team environment.This is an opportunity to be part of a highly engaged firm where your expertise will have a direct impact on clients and the growth of the practice.About You:

• 8+ years’ PQE in civil litigation, with experience in any of the firm’s core practice areas.
• Strong advocacy and dispute resolution skills, with experience managing cases from start to finish.
• A confident communicator with excellent client relationship management abilities.
• Leadership experience or a desire to mentor and support junior team members.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to legal challenges.
