About the Business Unit:The Enquiries and Complaints team supports the Victims of Crime Commissioner to assess and review complaints from victims of crime who believe a justice or victims’ support service agency has breached a Victims’ Charter principle and they are not satisfied with the agency’s response to their concerns. The team also receives and responds to a range of enquiries from people affected by crime. The information the team receives from victims of crime also helps the VOCC to identify systemic trends that victims experience in the justice victims’ services systems.About the Role:As a Senior Assessment and Investigation Officer, some of your duties will include:
