As a Market Analysis Senior Analyst, this individual will have a unique opportunity to be responsible for the analysis to drive decision making related to Apple Retail’s store expansion and reinvestment in the Asia Pacific region. For new store locations, you will provide research and analysis to support the identification and evaluation of new location opportunities. For existing store locations, you will perform comprehensive assessment of performance results and use key learnings to guide future investment decision making and strategy development for future markets At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.Description DescriptionOwn and manage projects, including identification of key issues, work planning, determining analytic framework, building tools to run analysis, developing conclusions, and presenting findings. The Market Analysis Senior Analyst serves as a liaison with functional teams (Advanced Analytics, Customer Insights, Retail Finance, etc) to access data – Geo, country, metro, city and trade zone performance analysis – Economic, demographic, technology and retail trends data analysis including regression analysis – Market coverage and Real Estate Investment strategy support – Prepare presentation documents and assist in presenting findings to all levels of managementMinimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in market analysis at a major retailer; or at a top tier strategy consulting firm or a top tier investment bank with a focus on Real Estate
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, proficient in iWork
• Fluent in English

• MBA degree
• High-degree of facility with research sources, modeling techniques, and presentation approaches
• Demonstrated hypothesis-driven problem solving orientation with exceptional ability to create grounded and structured analyses from disparate sources of information

• Ability to simplify complex issues and topics; convincingly structuring the delivery of content in written, oral, and formal presentation
• Language ability in Chinese Mandarin
