MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFGs global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia PacificAbout the Role:Position Title: Senior AnalystCorporate Title: AnalystReporting to: AVP Governance and OperationsLocation: BengaluruJob ProfilePosition details:The Governance and Operations Team is responsible for the management and coordination of Core Compliance processes which have broad relevance across or between teams. The team overlooks all non-functional aspects of the offshored team. The also candidate will primarily support other Teams in the Asia Compliance Office in their day to day tasks, therefore gaining exposure to all areas of Core Compliance.The Team is newly set up and over time it is anticipated they will support the following processes: Compliance Training administration, Compliance Policy framework maintenance and development, Management information production/ co-ordination, including for regional governance bodies, Regulatory Change support, Project management support, Personal Account dealing and General GovernanceRoles and Responsibilities:

• Support key Governance areas to ensure that the processes within its remit run effectively and efficiently
• Support in dealing with process migrations
• Support in carrying out tasks for Compliance functions (eg., training, policy, MI)
• Support documentation of risks controls and processes
• Support additional ad-hoc tasks as required
• Support compliance fact-finding by gathering / analyzing data

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• 3-5 years in financial services
• Good knowledge and understand of banking and finance
• The ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word)
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills
• Meticulous and analytical
• Team-oriented approach to completing objectives
• Ability to work with and manage stakeholders of different seniority
