Te Au Reka is a game-changer, and we care deeply about making it a success.Te Haeata /The OpportunityThe Senior Analyst, Business Process is a key role in the Change and Process workstream of the Te Au Reka team, where you will actively contribute to the development and delivery of the Te Au Reka programme. This role is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities in processes and operations, by analysing current business requirements and documenting existing processes. This role is unlike typical Senior Business Process Analyst roles, as you will be required to think outside -the box to find ways to communicate information that can be easily consumed by both the judiciary and the supplier.As a Senior Analyst, you will work with a level of autonomy within agreed parameters while actively contributing to the coaching and mentoring of junior members in the team. You will work closely with Te Au Reka Subject Matter Experts to determine the operational requirements of the courts and tribunals, and you will use your knowledge of Business Process Management and technical skills to document these functional requirements to ensure the Te Au Reka solution and service meets these requirements, now and into the future.Ō pūkenga /Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have:

  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to translate complex information for a range of audiences
  • Experience working in a project environment, supporting large projects with multiple workstreams and competing pressures
  • In-depth knowledge of our Court and Tribunal environments and an understanding of the opportunities that Te Au Reka will bring
  • A strong background in analytical thinking
  • An ability to build and maintain relationships,
