• We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Customer Strategy and Channel Management team in Wellington.
• Full time permanent role
• Based in Wellington

The Senior Analyst reports to the Manager Customer Strategy and Channel Management. This role is is part of a team that interrogates data and makes insights available throughout the Ministry and to the public.As the he Senior Analyst you will also develop tools to ensure regional staff can access the data they need when they need it.Salary range: $99,496 – $120,690 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.For more details about the role, you can view the .About you | Mōhou akeTo be effective in this role you will need to have significant analytical experience and a proven ability to access data from a range of datasets to produce easily understood insights.You will also offer:

• Significant coding experience
• Proven experience with business intelligence tools
• The ability to communicate complex concepts and evidence to a variety of audiences, both in writing and verbally
• An affinity for working collaboratively with internal customers and other stakeholders to determine needs, obtain information, develop approaches, and communicate results
• A proven track record in the delivery of complex analysis

We are responsible for leading the collection, storage, analysis and communication of evidence-based insights and information.The Customer Strategy and Channel Management team works with the wider Te Pae Aronui group to disseminate its research and statistical information.
