As stewards of community assets, we aim to manage them effectively for the benefit of current and future generations.We are a small team of five that guides and directs the management of councils $16B of assets. Working closely with the service units, you will support good asset management practice lifting the overall maturity of asset management across council.About the role | Ko te mahi neiThis key position plays a crucial role in supporting Asset Management improvement initiatives to lift the Asset Management maturity and capability across the Council. Salary – The salary band for this position goes from $105,450 to $117,167 per annum based on a 40 hour week. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews may take place prior to the close date.
