About the Team – Mō tō mātou RōpūThis role sits within MPI’s Central Risk Management team, reporting to the Manager, Risk Management, based in Wellington. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team that includes two experienced Senior Advisers, both of whom have deep institutional knowledge and are well-versed in the full risk management cycle.Together, the team is responsible for maintaining MPI’s Risk Management Policy, Framework, and associated guidance documents.We work closely with business units across the organisation to support consistent, effective risk management practices. The role offers exposure to a wide range of risks across MPI’s diverse operational areas, providing variety and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.We value collaboration, open communication, and practical problem-solving. You’ll be well supported through a structured induction process, including a buddy system and introductions to key contacts in the business units you’ll work with.
