• Process invoices manually for approval and payment.
• Manage coding of invoices and vendor creation/maintenance.
• Ensure timely payments while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounts payable documentation and assist with month-end/year-end processes.
• Perform data validation and administer rebates.
• Handle high-volume reconciliations (bank statements, supplier statements).
• Assist the manager with reporting and analytics.

Credit Card & Debit Card Management

• Manage company credit and debit cards, including reconciling cardholder statements.
• Follow up on invoices and ensure all are processed accurately.
• Perform month-end credit card reconciliations.

The Candidate:To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in process improvement and streamlining financial operations.

• A track record of success in a similar role, showcasing strong technical expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with systems such as MYOB, Sage, or Pronto.
• Exceptional reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical abilities to uncover insights, resolve discrepancies, and add value through data-driven decisions.
