Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Oversee AR settlement and coordinate with external parties for money collection
• SAP Invoice Posting: Ensure accurate posting of invoices in SAP, collaborating with the shipping team
• Petty Cash & Expense Management: Handle petty cash reimbursement and daily office expenses for the Hong Kong office
• Bank & Financial Transactions: Check and review bank transactions and monthly expense reports for overseas representative offices
• Debit & Credit Notes: Manage issuance of debit/credit notes to suppliers and customers due to claims or pricing discrepancies
• Month-End & Year-End Closing: Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, and assist with audits
• Inter-Company Transactions: Maintain accurate financial records for inter-company transactions
• Financial Reporting & Process Improvement: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and provide insightful financial analysis

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in multinational companies
• Proficiency in SAP – Hands-on experience is essential
• Strong Excel skills – Candidates will be tested on Excel proficiency
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin – Strong communication skills required
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
• Immediately available candidates preferred
