This position will be responsible for proper and accurate accounting of certain business operations. It is expected the position will actively and frequently engage with other senior leaders in the accounting, finance, tax, technology and operation teams in multiple geographies. This role should have a solid understanding of financial statements, tech backgrounds of finance/accounting related automation projects, excellent communication and organization skills, including the ability to anticipate, identify and communicate risks to business stakeholders, as well as a passion to continuously enhance processes.Candidates for this position will be expected to demonstrate they were top performers at their level, who thrive in a challenging workplace environment, and can actively contribute to support our growing activity worldwide.Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– University degree in business/economics/accounting
– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, Alteryx, BlackLine, etc
– Above 5 years of experience with an emphasis on accounting, preferably, gained within an accounting firm or a medium to large international company, in a fast-paced and changing environment
– Experience working with IFRS or US GAAP and in the preparation of financial statements
– Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines on critical projects
– Detail-oriented yet able to reflect on and understand the big picture
– Fluent in business English, both verbal and written
– Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams and in a fast-paced companyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications
– Hold CPA or similar credentials
– Experience in project management with exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software testing
– Strong priority management skills
