There is now an opportunity for a Senior Tax & Reporting Accountant to join their high performing finance team. Duties will include:

• Month end close process – journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Prepare and review GL reconciliations
• Support and prepare statutory financial statements, and assist with audit requirements
• Prepare and lodge tax returns – direct, indirect, fringe benefits)
• Prepare annual tax provision journals
• Monitor developments in tax legislation, rulings, and guidance across relevant jurisdictions
• Contribute to the preparation of internal management reports and board reports
• Support the wider business with finance transformation projects

You will be CA or CPA qualified, and have spent time in a Business Services environment, ideally in Big 4 or a top tier chartered accounting firm. This role is ideal for first or second movers looking for a role in the commercial space, developing core financial accounting duties while leveraging strong understanding of tax. Expected salary: $100000 – 120000 per year
