Job description: Our client is a privately held group focused on property development with business over the globe.Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end closing processes, including journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly consolidation reports, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Assist in annual audits and interim reviews by preparing consolidation schedules, liaise with auditors.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage annual tax compliance and provide support for related tax issues.
• Providing analysis and insights for various assignments and ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline with accountant qualification
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPAA) or Finalist
• Minimum 4 years external audit trained with Big 4 accounting firms
• Working experience in the property industry is a plus
• Self-initiative, willing to accept challenges, strong analytical and communication skills
• Strong command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
