Job description: Responsibilities:Perform month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and flux analysis related to digital assetsMaintain supporting schedules for various entities and accounts, and assist with discrepancy resolutionsAssist in the development and implementation of scalable accounting processes to facilitate timely and accurate close process and financial reportingWork on automation projects to improve the speed and efficiency of the monthly close processDevelop new policies and procedures and assist in the design and implementation of internal controlsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities to reduce manual effortProvide support for internal and external audits related to specific areas of responsibilityAd-hoc projectsRequirements:3+ years’ experienceexperience with Quickbook, Oracle etc.Strong understanding of Financial Analysis, Balance sheet. etcSignificant proficiency in MS Excel/Google SheetsStrong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage deadlines and responsibilities effectively; ability to multitask and work successfully under pressureWillingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignmentsDesire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environmentGreat analytical and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of blockchain technology and the crypto industry is desirable but not requiredWilling to report onsite in Poblacion, Makati
