As part of their expansion, they are seeking experienced Accountants with a property background to join their Group Accounts Department, focusing on General Ledger.About The Role
As an Accountant (General Ledger), you will be responsible for:

• Handling the full set of accounts and ledgers for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Approving journal entries, maintaining fixed assets, and reviewing management accounts.
• Preparing financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of a new ERP system.
• Conducting detailed financial analysis to identify potential discrepancies or risks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations and reporting requirements.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
• CPA qualification is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in property industry.
• Experience in ERP system transformation is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure financial accuracy and prevent potential errors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accountant.
• Immediate available candidates will be highly regarded.
