Job description: This position will be responsible for various assignments in Finance department and Digitalization projectJob Responsibilities:Assist in new accounting system setup and digital transformation implementation.Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and other ad-hoc reporting required by supervisor.Assist in preparation of management report and annual budget.Assist to perform month-end and year end closing. Ensure all monthly and year end journals are prepared properly with valid supporting.Oversee outstanding profit & loss and balance sheet items and follow up with various departments.Prepare monthly cashflow projection.Participating in billing processes typically involves.Job Requirements:Qualified accountant with a Degree in Accountancy or other relevant disciplines.At least 5 to 7 years of relevant accounting/finance experiences and / or audit experiences with at least 2-3 years’ in handling month-end/year-end closing.Hands on with finance operations experience, good accounting knowledge, responsible. assertive, and experienced in managing people and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience in real estate or financial services industry is a clear advantage.Experience in Oracle and SUN would be highly advantageous.The role involves frequent liaising with various parties such as inter-department, property managers and auditors, hence good verbal and written communication skills are required.We offer attractive remuneration package includes double pay, discretionary bonus, meal reimbursement, medical scheme, comprehensive leave and MPF.
