• Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, providing insights into financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, helping to shape the company’s financial strategy.
• Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
• Utilize QuickBooks to streamline accounting operations and enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong Excel skills.
