Job description: About the Opportunity:Accounting & Financial Management:

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to policies.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Oracle System Support:

• Lead UAT efforts for Oracle system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and financial accuracy.
• Work closely with IT, finance, and business teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Provide training and support to finance teams on Oracle financial modules.
• Assist in troubleshooting Oracle-related accounting discrepancies and process inefficiencies.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes using Oracle ERP tools.
• Enhance internal controls and ensure data integrity within financial systems.
• Document and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to support business objectives.
• Communicate financial insights and system changes effectively to stakeholders.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS).
• Strong knowledge of UAT processes, test case development, and system validations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
