Job description: Job Description:The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Full accounting responsibilities for 2 small entities (School & Property Company)
• Supporting full monthly cycle close: Journal Entries, Fixed Assets, Cash reconciliations
• Provisioning & Payments for the school (A/P), including Intercompany transactions
• Supervision of billing & revenue recognition per Group rules, with an A/R specialist
• Record and report local bank balances regularly
• Record capital expenditure for all major projects and assess the impact of significant cash outflows on cash forecasts
• Assist with monthly close processes
• Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations

TMGCTJob Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance; or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounting
• 5+ controlling experience preferred
• 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation preferred
• Prior school or education industry accounting experience is a plus
