Tustin, CA | On-siteFull-Time | Direct Hire$90K to start, up to $105K+ as team is builtAre you ready to build something from the ground up? Great Opportunity for a Senior Accountant to grow into the Accounting Manager as the company is growing.Responsibilities:

• Own all accounting functions for a standalone entity
• Manage GL, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, reporting, and audits
• Help select and implement accounting systems and processes
• Eventually build and lead a high-performing accounting team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Proven ability to deliver accurate financials with minimal oversight
• High-ownership mindset—comfortable in early-stage environments
• Experience in equipment leasing, banking, or financial services is a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is helpful
• Advanced Excel – vlookup and pivot tables
• CPA is a plus

Expected salary: $105000 per year
