Job title: Senior Account Clerk / Officer

Job description: Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting functions in preparing the account, including internal and external enquiries
Perform month end closing activities including the provision of accruals if necessary
Handle bank reconciliation and general ledgers transactions
Coordinate with and external auditors to meet with the compliance objectives
Handle full set of accounts including General Ledger, month end closing, inter-company and bank reconciliations
Handle daily accounting functions including staff reimbursement, invoicing and payments
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with all internal policies
Assist on any ad hoc duty assign

Requirements

High Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / related disciplines
At least 2-3 years accounting experience
Good in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in using computerized accounting software
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Willing to learn, independent, detail-minded, able to work overtime and under pressure
Working location in Kwun Tong
Immediate available / short notice is highly preferred
