In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by supervising security personnel, enforcing security policies, and responding to incidents efficiently. As a key member of the team, you will also support the development of local talent in alignment with Omanization goals.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure round-the-clock coverage.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and respond to security breaches, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address potential security and safety risks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, local laws, and company security policies.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, or complaints and report findings to the Security Manager.
• Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Royal Oman Police) when necessary for incident resolution or compliance.
• Train and mentor new security staff, with a focus on developing local (Omani) team members.
• Conduct security briefings and provide regular safety training to staff across departments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and investigations.
• Support emergency response protocols, including fire drills, evacuation procedures, and crisis management.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Must be an Omani National in compliance with local employment requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security or safety management is preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Familiarity with security technologies, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Knowledge of local laws, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations in Oman.
• Basic computer skills and report-writing abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergency situations effectively.
• Willing to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
