Posting Date: 2025-06-26Megastrength Security Services Co LtdSecurity Inspector (SI) Night ShiftThe appointee is report to the Security Supervisor / Security Manager on all matters as required by operational procedures and instructions and work hour is 9 hours (shift).Requirements:

• F.5 level or above with hold a valid SPP
• At least 3 years full time security supervisory level, with in charge of at least 10 security staff
• Fluent in Cantonese and have a reasonable command of English and Putonghua.
• Able to read and write English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills, MS office and Chinese word processing
• Provide evidence of having experience of, training of security staff in basic security knowledge and skills.
• Good self-discipline and physical fitness; and hold a valid First Aid and AED certificates.

About the Role:

• Execute all duties assigned by the Security Manager or Security Supervisor
• Ensure all written and verbal procedures, instructions and directions are carried out promptly and efficiently.
• Closely supervise the Senior Guards and Guards in their duties; maintain service quality, and provide direction and corrective action as necessary.
• Assist the shift security team leader in any emergency response or security incident.
• Responsible for the discipline and welfare of all Senior Guards and Guards under his supervision.
• Ensure that the turnout and appearance of the Senior Guards and Guards under his supervision is up to the highest standard.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the Security Supervisor or Head, Security or any others team members.
