Therefore, we are currently looking for a Security Assistant in our Risk Management & Security Department to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Team and Role
In this position, you will be part of a competent and specialized security team covering all aspects of Risk Management & Security within the domains of physical-, personnel- and information security. With reference to the VP of Risk Management & Security, your primary tasks will be to conduct day-to-day administrative tasks thus supporting the team. You will have a lot of interactions with different parts of the organization handling various security related topics. Furthermore, you will be involved in projects that are related to risk and security matters.It is expected that the right candidate soon after onboarding will take on an on-duty responsibility together with other team members.Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:

• Processing security clearances
• Handling alarms and access control
• Handle cryptographic equipment and ensure compliance
• Ensure compliance with company, national, and international security regulations
• Ensure proper handling and storage of access credentials (e.g., ID cards)
• Support the Risk Management & Security team with minor projects

Qualifications
The key qualifications include:

• Previous experience in security operations, administration, or a related field (1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Understanding of relevant local, national, and international security regulations (e.g., GDPR for data security)
• Familiarity with processes for managing sensitive or classified information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and coordinating with teams
• Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, including visitors, employees, and external security teams
