• Responsible in investigations throughout the respective Region and state.
• Execute Security policies to ensure the physical and system security of all SPX Xpress premises.
• Implement Security standards operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement Security policies in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement effective Security policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve department objectives.
• Monitor Security Service Providers’ performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and validate monthly payments to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to Security standards and policies.
• Directly participate in the coordination and planning of physical security matters.
• Assess additional requests from Operations and evaluate the necessity for Security measures.
• Observe daily Security operations conducted by Service Providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain records for attendance, reports submission, guards master data, and non-compliances from all Security Service Providers.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 – 3 years in security investigations or security operations. Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.
• Those with previous Military or Police backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle and manage tasks assigned.
• Able to respond to the call of duty (night operations, weekend operations) as and when required
• Fluent in Malay and intermediate English.
