Job description: About the Job As a Secretariat Support, you will assist in the secretarial matters of the Board Committees and Management Committees under the supervision of the Section Heads or Team Leads. Ensure the smooth convening of the relevant Board Committee and Management Committee meetings, including the preparation of notices, agendas and dissemination of meeting papers. Prepare the draft minutes of the relevant Board Committee and Management Committee meetings. Circulate the draft minutes to the relevant parties for comments before minutes confirmation. Facilitate the signing of documents by the respective Chairman of meetings. Disseminate decisions of the Board Committees and Management Committees to the Management and other relevant parties for the smooth running of the Company and follow-up actions, where necessary. Perform other duties as assigned by Chief Internal Auditor or delegate. We are looking for people who Licensed Secretaries (LS) / Chartered Secretaries (ICSA) / equivalent professional qualification for Company Secretary; or Legal / Business Administration Degree or Professional Accounting Qualifications. At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Good communication skills – written and verbal, computer literate, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
