Job description: Job ScopeResponsible for driving the initiation, mobilization and execution for initiatives prioritized in the Strategic Planning cycle.Provide end-to-end ‘hands-on’ project management over assigned initiatives.Work with project sponsors and Business/ stakeholders to prepare business case, lead the discussion with enablers and drive the approvalTrack and report program updates (e.g. progress, financial, risk and issue) and present in various senior management forums (e.g. Project Steering Committee) and for PMO reporting.Coordinate vendor sourcing process including, but not limited to, RFP preparation, SoW preparation, review & sign-off, etcLead project managers/tech lead from vendors or off-shore delivery team management to coordinate, mobilize and execute with internal IT functional departmentsAbility to anticipate project risks and put forth mitigation to address promptly and accordingly. Address identified issues with laser focus in executing/enforcing resolution promptly.Ability to mapped out intra and inter project dependencies to ensure risk and issues are assessed holisticallyManage change management process to ensure project changes are managed properly and transparently executed.Lead project in obtaining various technical clearance (e.g. Change Authority Board) before production deployment.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
