It supports a wide range of legacy as well as IP interfaces and optimises ATM applications supporting parallel multi-technology (TDM, IP, satellite) hybrid WAN backbones.Key Tasks

• Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, release planning, demos and other related meetings
• Track the team’s progress (burn down, velocity and release forecast) and present reports (product backlog, sprint backlog, burn down charts)
• Coach team to continuously improve performance and using a standard set of tools
• Support with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
• Provide sustainable flow of Information between product management, team and customer
• Ensuring that the quality standards are met in cooperation with quality-management (ED-109A)

Key Qualifications

• Knowledge and proven experience in managing complex products using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (C++, Java)
• Experienced with team management methodologies
• Scrum Master Certification and SAFe know how would be a plus
• Very good English skills, German is advantageous
