–We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2026. And the sports carnival, assemblies and music at the primary site.Find out more about our school by visiting orThe RoleWe are seeking dynamic and organised School Officers to join our team and support the Manager Corporate Services and staff across both sites in their roles. You will play an integral part in the administration team, providing essential operational support that requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.In this role, you will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals and provide support in the operation of school databases including Compass and School Information System (SIS), school records, and management information systems.You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school. - Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
