Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the SAP Supply Chain Functional Analyst is responsible for crafting and implementing effective Supply Chain strategies related to utilizing SAP, delivering efficient Supply Chain management and strategic insights to optimize SAP Supply Chain performance. It strives to ensure that Supply Chain Management processes, systems and capabilities are sustainable. This is achieved by focusing on business process and system standardization, proactive collaboration, proficiency and capability development, relevant metrics and targeted value- adding asset lifecycle cost improvementsWhat you will be doing:Support the definition, implementation and development of standard operating procedures and processes related to Supply Chain.Provide expertise to support development and management of standards and processes to achieve business plans and strategiesImplement and supervise data quality standards to ensure compliancePromote a culture of continuous improvement within the department, peer departments onsite, corporate, and suppliers/contractorsOngoing management and support and improvement of Supply Chain’s systems,Support system upgrades, enhancements and implementationsDeployment and standardization of Supply Chain Management related metrics to drive awareness of variances to standard processesIdentifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reductionCollaborate and support projects to implement Supply Chain Management and short-term interval control processes and projects to optimize productivity and reduce operational costsSupport the implementation of innovations and new technologies throughout the companyWhat you must have:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or diploma in business with emphasis on supply chain management or closely related field or equivalent experience in technical environments, is considered an asset,Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation or actively working towards it is considered an assetSignificant experience in heavy industry, with Supply Chain management experienceSolid understanding of end-to-end business processesSophisticated knowledge and understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA preferred),Experience in Master data governance preferredPossess a valid Class 5 or 7 driver’s license and have access to personal transportation.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
