Apply today!Job DescriptionResponsibilities:

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a deep understanding of 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse operations.
• Support the implementation of EDI solutions for a new 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse and global distribution center
• Collaborate with IT and logistics teams to design, develop, and test EDI integrations, ensuring data flows accurately between systems. Create and maintain EDI mapping specifications, ensuring proper translation of data formats (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and adherence to EDI guidelines.
• Continuously monitor EDI transactions, SAP IDOC for accuracy and efficiency, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations
• Gather requirements for 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse logistics processes, EDI integrations, Master Data integrations with 3PL, including warehouse management, transportation management, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives
• Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines
• Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP WMS and EDI platforms experience preferred
• Experience functional lead with demonstrated capability to work cross teams
• Professional experience in warehouse management, supply chain management systems and processes
• Proven experience in EDI implementation, preferably within a 3PL or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and EDI mapping tools.
• Good understanding on middleware platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, Cleo, Opentext, Mulesoft, Azure etc ).
• Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems relevant to logistics.
• Familiarity with 3PL EDI transcations, XML, JSON, or other data interchange formats.
• Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Field of Study in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
• Consulting background a plus
