Job description: Our Alberta-based client is seeking an experienced Application SAP Finance Solution Architect to join their project on a 5 month contract starting on May 28th, 2025 with a chance for an extension. The ideal candidate will serve as a key Solution Architect for a finance-focused SAP ECC initiative. The architect will be responsible for supporting legal entity change implementations in SAP ECC and providing finance architecture leadership tailored to the Oil & Gas industry.Key Responsibilities:

• Architect IBP configuration solutions aligned with enterprise planning strategy.
• Implement and optimize end-to-end Forecast-to-Plan workflows within IBP.
• Provide guidance on IBP best practices and master data governance specific to integrated business planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration impacts and define configurations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards during system design and deployment.
• SAP IBP configuration (Demand, Supply, S&OP modules).
• Hands-on experience with Forecast-to-Plan process implementation.
• Master data governance in planning systems.
• S/4HANA integration knowledge.
• Deep expertise in Inventory Optimizer configuration.
• Familiarity with complex planning scenarios in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of COE/AMS support models and best practices.
