Job description: SAP Payroll Analyst role to join our client in the mining sector in a permanent position.Responsible for the support and administration of Payroll applications managed and supported by Information Systems.

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support to end users
• Monitor and maintain performance of the applications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the applications
• Development of training resources and training of end users

Essential:

• 3+ years demonstrated experience as Business Analyst
• In-depth understanding of SAP Payroll module and business processes
• Demonstrated experience in supporting SAP Payroll
• Understanding of other related SAP processes such as HR
• Provide best-practice Payroll guidance on current processes by analysing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions evaluating current payroll stream
• Automate and streamline payroll processes, while also providing greater visibility and control over employee data
• Conduct system testing to ensure that the SAP Payroll solution meets the business requirements and is functioning correctly

Skills and Abilities:

• SAP ECC 6
• Payroll configuration
• S4/Hana
• UX Principles
• Basic understanding of SAP FIORI
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrate impact analysis, gap analysis and problem troubleshooting skills
