Job description: We’ve partnered with a top 20 financial services institution globally in their search for a Sanctions & Financial Crime Lawyer to join their growing team. Hybrid working in central London, you’ll advise a variety of stakeholders on the impact of sanctions regimes in relation to corporate strategy and risk appetite framework.Your day to day would include:

Heading up the Sanctions & Financial Crime work, including advising a variety of stakeholders on the impact of sanctions regimes in relation to corporate strategy and risk appetite framework.
Working internationally across the UK & EMEA
Collaborating with the wider sanctions, compliance, and legal teams across the UK, US, and EU.
Managing external counsel

Be 6+ PQE Lawyer with experience heading up a variety of financial sanctions matters, ideally with additional financial crime work.
Have the ability to commute into London on a hybrid basis (2 – 3 days per week)
Want to work internationally across the UK and EMEA
Have experience managing external counsel and working with a variety of senior stakeholders

– Base salary up to £140,000 depending on candidate experience
